This course will be held at LiteUp Yoga studio in Lee, a lovely and quiet studio with mats, blocks and everything we may need.

Ayurveda is a holistic healing system based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.

Through yoga; meditation; and breathing, we will discover our own body type and explore how Ayurveda can help us maintain and improve our health.

We will learn about Ayurveda the five elements that are at work in the Macro Cosms – the environment, and the Micro Cosms – our bodies.

We will also find out about the three Doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha and you will discover what’s right for your own body type while practicing yoga.

Cost: the five weeks course is £40, paid in advanced.

Address: 7 Burnt Ash Hill, Lee.

Transport: There is parking on the adjourning roads and the 261 bus leaves you at the door of the studio. If you are coming by train, Lee station is only 3 minutes walk from Lite Up.

Commitment:  I will run the course if I have a minimum of 6 people prepared to attend every Wednesday 7:30pm-8:30pm, from the 2nd to the 30th of November. If you need to miss a class it’ll be OK but the fee is fixed and none refundable.
