Spring Equinox Yoga Retreat

Escape to the shores of Margate for a Spring Equinox Yoga Retreat that brings together calm, renewal and connection. Over three days, you’ll ease into the rhythm of the coast with guided yoga sessions, grounding meditation, nourishing vegetarian food and practical Ayurveda insights tailored to the shift into spring.

Held just steps from a beautiful sandy beach, the retreat invites you to reconnect with nature at a moment of balance between light and dark. As the days lengthen and the energy of spring begins to build, we’ll work with this sense of renewal to reset body and mind. Morning meditations will help you arrive fully in the season, creating space for clarity, calm and steady growth.

Yoga sessions with Geny focus on gentle strength, alignment and breath-led movement. When the weather allows, we’ll practise outdoors, letting the sea breeze and sound of the waves support a sense of presence and ease. Indoors, the practice space offers a warm and welcoming setting to explore grounding postures and mindful flow.

Ayurveda teachings introduce simple ways to support the transition into spring. You’ll look at how this season influences digestion, energy and mood, and how thoughtful choices in food and daily routines can bring stability and vitality as winter lifts.

Between sessions, the coast is yours to enjoy. Wander along the beach, explore Margate’s cafés or simply rest. With London only an hour and a half away, this retreat offers a refreshing change of pace without the travel effort.

The spring equinox marks a moment of balance and possibility. It’s an ideal time to release the heaviness of winter, embrace new beginnings and step into the season with intention. You’ll leave feeling clear, restored and ready for the months ahead.
