Spring Equinox Yoga
On Monday, March 21st, join me for a Spring Equinox workshop in Bromely, at the Sy Peter’s and St Paul’s Parish church, Lounge room.
We’ll get together at 7 pm and finish by 9 pm.
The Springtime workshop will take you through a journey of shedding the heaviness of the winter season to welcome the Springtime.

From March 8th the full price will be £30
Bring your own matt, water and layers.
Get ready for a flow, a bit of a workout and a balancing yoga Nidra at the end.
