Let’s get together in Margate to celebrate the Winter Solstice with Yoga by the sea and take the opportunity to let go of what doesn’t serve us anymore.

We’ll meet at the Nayland Rock Hotel at around 9:45 am, to start at 10:00 and we will finish at 12:00 pm. The aim is to do some sun salutations, a few more than you would normally do so that we can burn away what we no longer need. We will be working to lovely music. We’ll end with a winding down and meditation.

Traditionally in the Solstices, we do 108 sun salutes but don’t be put off by it. We’ll start slow and will build up to a reasonable number.

Dancing Latin and Tango

I am not organising this but I will be participating in the dancing! All are welcome to join!

My Friend Anna Syme is the organiser of the dance and, besides being a fantastic dance performer, she teaches Tango and Latin dances
