*Cancellation Policy for one-day and half-day events: The event is 100% refundable for the participant’s cancellation if they give 15+ days’ notice before the event start date. The event is 50% refundable if cancelled up to 10 days before the start date; from 9 days prior, there is no refund on cancellation.

*Cancellation Policy for two- or more-day events: The event is 100% refundable if the participant cancels 60+ days before the event start date. The event is 50% refundable if cancelled 59- 15 days before the start date. If cancelled two weeks before the event, there will be no refund.
