Face Yoga
Face Yoga is an amazing way to connect with ourselves while rejuvenating and strengthening the facial tissues and muscles.
In this class, I will teach you a holistic approach to working with your face and neck.
We will work with the breath, the mind and learn to tone the muscles and relax them from the inside out.
You don’t need a lot of space for face yoga, just a computer and you seated in front of it.
The class will take just 20 minutes, and we will work with the face and neck.
