ChART Saturday Yoga with Geny
ChART Yoga with Geny is headed back inside for the Autumn / Winter Term!
We are delighted to have Yoga Instructor Geny (www.cheyoga.co.uk) back to lead our friendly Community Yoga Class on the second and fourth Saturday of the month:
- 8th & 22nd October
- 12th & 26th November
- 10th December
- 14th & 28th January 2023
10 am – 11 am at the WG Grace Community Centre, 1 Lions Close, SE9 4HG
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water
- Layers of clothes to regulate your temperature
The centre has a small car park, and buses 126, 124, 284 & 273 all stop nearby.
There are public toilets.
Well-behaved children, accompanied by their parents, are welcome to join us and they come for free.
Please make sure you register for each date you are planning to attend. Walk-ins are welcomed if there is space but this cannot be guaranteed.
This ChART-sponsored class is free to attend for residents of the ChART area.

If you live outside the ChART area £5 is payable on the day.
