A Mid-Summer Reset for Body and Mind
Mid-summer can be a time of intense heat, busy schedules and emotional intensity. The fire of the season builds quickly, and if we don’t make space to cool and calm ourselves, it can lead to burnout or imbalance.
Flow into Stillness is a restorative morning designed to ease the intensity of summer. Through breath-led movement, cooling postures, Ayurveda-inspired insights and deep rest, we’ll help the body and mind return to a state of ease and equilibrium.
Perfect for anyone feeling overheated, overstimulated or simply needing a sacred pause.
No previous Yoga experience is needed
What to Expect
- Cooling yoga sequences and breathwork
- Seasonal insights from Ayurveda
- Stillness practices to calm the nervous system
- A deeply restful Yoga Nidra
- A seasonal handout to support your home routine
Yoga mats, belts and blocks will be provided. Hot and cooling drinks, fruit and light Ayurvedic snacks will be available throughout the morning.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of water, and come with an open mind and a curious heart.

About Your Teacher
Geny Caloisi is an experienced Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle consultant, and founder of CheYoga and Ayurveda Wellness. Her teaching brings together mindful movement, seasonal living and the therapeutic power of breath and rest.
