In just over an hour from SE London, you can be breathing the sea air, enjoying its vast open spaces, relaxing and feeling rejuvenated!
At ‘Reconnect’ you will learn about your unique make-up according to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. We will also explore useful tips on what’s best to eat and do for the incoming summer season and we are going to rejuvenate our bodies by burning away what’s no longer needed doing the Summer Solstice Yoga challenge.
The word “retreat” means to “withdraw” or “drawback”, and we don’t have to go far to achieve the chance of scenery!
Take the opportunity to immerse yourself in these healing surroundings.
- Feel part of a welcoming community and make new friends.
- Surprise yourself with what you are able to achieve in the Summer Solstice Challenge.
- Experience the joy of healthy nutritious seasonal meals.
- Leave the day feeling in harmony with nature and yourself.
