Spring Foraging and Lunch in SE London
Join me on April 28th for a SE London foraging exploration and learn to identify edible spring plants.
In this class, we’ll take a mindful walk in a nature reserve and learn to identify edible spring plants.
We’ll pick a few to prepare lunch.
You’ll learn to make stingy nettle pesto and stingy nettle soup. You’ll also learn the benefits of the plants and spices used in the preparation.
We’ll finish eating lunch together to sample and enjoy nature’s gifts.
