The yoga Lab
The Yoga Lab, a new series of monthly workshops designed to help you explore your yoga practice more deeply, safely, and intelligently.
In regular classes, we often move quickly through poses—but The Yoga Lab gives you the time, guidance and space to really understand how the practice works. Each workshop focuses on a specific theme, from inversions and arm balances to sun salutations and core work. You’ll get:
- Step-by-step guidance and alignment tips
- Progressive drills to build strength, stability and confidence
- Variations for different levels, so everyone can take part
- A supportive, curious community of like-minded yogis
Some workshops will also include the option to stay for a Seasonal Yoga Lab Lunch, prepared by me with fresh, wholesome ingredients inspired by Ayurvedic principles. During the meal, I’ll share a short talk on how to support your body and energy through the seasonal changes.
