Imagine spending a week surrounded by the tranquil beauty of Southern Italy — practising yoga overlooking the sea, dining on organic food grown just steps from your room, and soaking in the kind of Mediterranean magic that makes time slow down.
Our retreat takes place in a unique eco-hotel set within 47 acres of organic land. It has its own vineyard, golf course and farm, producing around 75% of the delicious food served on-site.
The vegetables come straight from the garden, the olive oil from the estate’s trees, and the wine from its very own vines. Even the jams are homemade. It’s a place that somehow blends a touch of old-world elegance with a joyful, easygoing spirit — as if you’ve stepped into an Agatha Christie film, but with yoga mats instead of mysteries.
There’s a swimming pool with sweeping ocean views, and a private beach you reach via a 92-metre lift descending the cliffside. Down by the sea, terraces invite you to sunbathe, swim, or sip something refreshing from the bar.
We’ll practise yoga in two beautiful spaces: a large open-air circular shala that feels perfectly in tune with nature, and a peaceful indoor room reserved just for our group. Herbal teas and a kettle will always be available here, perfect for quiet moments before or after class.
Accommodation is comfortable and well-designed. Our group will stay close together, in rooms arranged along two rows — the upper with sunny terraces and the lower with small patios facing a private wooded area. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Your week includes half-board accommodation, yoga classes, and full use of the hotel facilities.
