ChART Saturday morning Yoga
ChART Yoga with Geny is all planned out until May, we get together at the WG Grace Community Centre 10am – 11am.
Bring your yoga mat if you have one, we have a limited number available to borrow.
We get together on the second and fourth Saturday of the month:
The dates are as follows:
- Saturday 21st & 28th January
- Saturday 11th & 25th February
- Saturday 11th & 25th March
- Saturday 22th April
- Saturday 13th & 27 May
10 am – 11 am at the WG Grace Community Centre, 1 Lions Close, SE9 4HG
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water
- Layers of clothes to regulate your temperature

If you live outside the ChART area £5 is payable on the day.
