Meditation and Mindfulness, week 2

namaste-arms-up-mudraOn Monday November 7th, at the Meditation and Mindfulness course I will take you through a sensorial journey of awareness.
 
We will start with Pranayama – breathing control exercise and then we will do a mindfulness meditation.
 
Each week you will learn a different technique which will include: body preparation and positioning; Pranayama (breathing); one pointedness; utilisation of mantras; visualisation and body scan.
 
Cost: for this course I will accept a £5 donation to cover the costs of running it.
 
Commitment: Every Monday 7:30-8:30pm, from the 31st of October to the 28th of November.
