As the Summer Solstice is a time of abundance and manifestation, bring to mind your goals and aspirations. What do you wish to create and manifest in your life? Allow these intentions to arise naturally, without judgment or expectation.
I’m sharing here a Yoga Nidra meditation, ‘Summer Solstice Slumber’, to help you tune into the energies of this new season.
Begin by finding a comfortable position for your body, lying on your back with your arms and legs relaxed, palms facing up. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing your body and mind to relax.
Now, bring your attention to your breath. Take a deep inhale, fill your belly with air, and exhale fully, releasing tension or worry. Let your breath flow naturally, without effort, as you enter a state of deep relaxation.
