Our Wednesday evening yoga classes are moving to a beautiful new space—W.G. Grace Community Centre in SE9. From Wednesday 23rd April, we’ll be meeting here weekly.
These Wednesday classes have always been a space to pause, reset, and reconnect—not just with your body, but with yourself. Whether you’ve been coming for a while or are curious about starting (or returning to) yoga, this is an open invitation to step onto the mat and be met exactly where you are.
Each session is part of a four-week journey, with a thoughtfully crafted sequence that gently builds week by week. The idea is to give you enough structure to feel progress, while still allowing room for exploration and rest.
Experience a grounding yoga flow designed to ease tension, improve flexibility, and restore energy. This full-body sequence blends mindful movement, deep stretches, and breath awareness to leave you feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
