Location: W G Grace, 1 Lion’s Close, SE9 4HG
Workshop time: 10:00 – 12:00
Optional seasonal lunch: 12:30 – 14:00

The Yoga Lab is a series of monthly workshops designed for curious students who want to deepen their understanding of yoga.

In regular classes we often move through poses quite quickly. These workshops create the space to slow down and explore how the practice really works. Each session focuses on a specific theme, with intelligent preparation, clear explanations and progressive variations so that you can approach the poses safely and with confidence.

Some workshops are followed by an optional seasonal lunch prepared by Geny, inspired by Ayurvedic principles, together with a short informal talk about supporting your body through the change of seasons.

It’s an opportunity not only to practise yoga, but also to learn, connect and nourish yourself.

What You Will Gain

Each workshop includes:

• a focused theme explored in depth
• practical alignment guidance and anatomical insights
• progressive drills to build strength and mobility
• variations for different bodies and experience levels
• a supportive environment to ask questions and experiment

Over the year the workshops build on each other, helping you develop confidence, understanding and a stronger personal practice.
