Shoulder’s suppleness and strength

Using a chair a belt, and the wisdom of our bodies, we can bring suppleness to areas of our bodies that might have been forgotten.

The shoulder is a complex joint in the body. The shoulder, the same as the hip, is a ball and socket type of joint, however, unlike the hip joint, where the leg bone fits inside it, the humerus fits relatively loosely into the shoulder joint.

This gives the shoulder a wide range of motion but also makes it vulnerable to injury.

For this reason, it’s very important to maintain the muscles around the shoulder joint strong as well as supple.

The shoulder joint is formed where the humerus (upper arm bone) fits into the scapula (shoulder blade).
