Cooling Yoga – New moon yoga flow
Slowing down your yoga flow practice can help you have better introspection and feel the coolness in your body and mind. There are a few moon salutation variations.
This yoga practice goes as follows:
- Mountain Pose → With a side stretch to the left and right.
- Goddess Pose. Extended Triangle.
- Pyramid. Wide leg forward fold.
- And repeat to the other leg:
- Pyramid.
- Extended Triangle.
- Goddess Pose.
- Mountain Pose → With a side stretch to the left and right.
