Cooling Yoga – New moon yoga flow

Slowing down your yoga flow practice can help you have better introspection and feel the coolness in your body and mind. There are a few moon salutation variations.

This yoga practice goes as follows:

  • Mountain Pose → With a side stretch to the left and right.
  • Goddess Pose. Extended Triangle.
  • Pyramid. Wide leg forward fold.
  • And repeat to the other leg:
  • Pyramid.
  • Extended Triangle.
  • Goddess Pose.
  • Mountain Pose → With a side stretch to the left and right.
