Face Yoga weekly class
Did you know that we have 43 muscles in our faces? Learning how to move these muscles independently from others will tone them and help the skin glow.
According to Ayurveda we also have 33 Marma points in our head and neck. Marma points are specific anatomical locations in your body through which the energy flows. Marma points therapy is the practice of stimulating these spots through gentle massage therapy.
On Face Yoga, you will learn to massage your face to release tension and stimulate circulation effectively.
You will also strengthen the muscles to prevent sagging and unnecessary wrinkles.
Most importantly, in this short class, you will connect with yourself in a caring and loving manner, which will set the tone for the rest of your day.
The class will take just 20 minutes, and we will work with the face and neck.

You don’t need a lot of space for face yoga, just a computer with a camera and you seated in front of it. You don’t need to be wearing yoga clothes either; just something comfortable will do.
To make your fingers glide, we will use organic oil; coconut, for example, is a good one for the summer.
Ideally, to see proper changes, we should do it daily. As a special promotion for this launch, you will get the videos of the class emailed to you.
Having the videos will allow you to repeat the exercises, and if you miss one class, you can catch it up later.
If you have a 30 minutes class package, you can use the same passes to book for it.
