A Moment to Pause, Reflect and Glow Together on November 29th
As the year draws to a close and the days grow shorter, you might notice the natural pull to slow down – to pause, to breathe, to make space for reflection. The darker evenings invite warmth, softness and connection. It’s the perfect time to step away from the rush and offer yourself a gentle moment of stillness.
I’d love to share this moment with you.
Before I travel to Argentina in mid-December to visit my family, I’m hosting one last special gathering for our yoga community, a candle-lit evening to nurture body and spirit, and to celebrate the light we each carry within.
✨ Candlelight Yoga & Relaxation Evening
Saturday 29 November 2025
🕔 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
📍 The W G Grace, 1 Lions Close, SE9 4HG, Grove Park
(off-street parking available)
Let the soft glow of candles and calming music guide you into rest. During this two-hour session you’ll gently move, breathe, and surrender into deep relaxation.
🌿 The Flow of the Evening
- Arrival & Welcome – arrive 10 minutes early and settle in.
- Hatha Flow (40 min) – move mindfully to release the week’s tension.
- Yin Yoga (30 min) – melt into stillness and restore balance.
- Yoga Nidra & Simple Sound Bath (30 min) – rest deeply as sound and breath carry you into peace.
- Closing Circle & Tea (10 min) – share quiet gratitude before heading home.
Please bring your yoga mat, socks, blanket, water, and a few comfortable layers so you can stay warm and relaxed throughout.
💛 A Gentle Celebration
Falling on the same weekend as Thanksgiving, this evening is a lovely opportunity to honour what you’re grateful for — to pause before the busy festive season and reconnect with yourself and your community.
After our practice, we’ll share Ayurvedic herbal teas and light snacks while closing the evening together in reflection.
