Should you do yoga with an injury?

Sometimes, we might suffer injuries, but we must be careful not to give it all up. It only takes 48 hours for a muscle to start wasting. Our joints also suffer from a lack of movement.

You can still find ways of moving and exercising your body without irritating the injured area. Bearing weight on our feet and hands is beneficial to strengthen the bones and muscles of our extremities.

However, this is not advisable if you have a foot or hand injury.
