Candlelit Yoga, Feb 15th 7-8 pm

How would you like to have a relaxing evening Candlelit Yoga practise celebrating our true nature, love.

Candles, incense, cushions and blankets should provide the ideal ambience to relax and release into our own self-loving embrace.

The verbal instructions will guide you through without having to look at the screen much.

You can do it alone or with your loved one. They can be in the same room or just a screen apart. 

Your loved one can be a partner, a friend or a member of our family.

The class will be an ideal way to prepare you for great night sleep.
