It’s always wise to take some time to think `about the period we are exiting and what we would like for the one starting. By journaling or simply writing down our thoughts, we get a chance to observe what’s working and what isn’t and what we need to do to find a new sense of balance if we’ve lost it.
In the video I am sharing, I tell you a bit more about the Autumn season according to Ayurveda and what are the type of things you can do to make this transition as good as possible.
Changes can be exciting and very beneficial. But if we are not prepared we can feel anxious and out of place.
Do take pen and paper when you watch the video and answer the questions we go through. Writing by hand and later reading what we wrote can be very therapeutic.
