Get ‘Spring ready’ with Yoga

Spring is in the air! Time to renew and revive.

This is the end of winter and the start of spring. It’s also the start of our quarantine! Covid 19 has placed us in an unusual place, full of opportunities, and also of uncertainties.

This affects our bodies and minds but, according to Ayurveda there are a few things we can do in our day to day to help the process and truly blossom and today we start with Yoga!

We might not be allowed to gather in real life but we can gather virtually.

I have been doing some Facebook Lives but as not everyone is on social media, you can join me here!

The Spring Equinox yoga class will be for 1 hour.

Just get some space and a mat or a towel and comfy clothes!

It will be difficult for me to see you clearly to give you corrections, but listen carefully to the options I’ll give.
always work with your breath, if your breath is not steady, it might mean you need to modify what you are doing or slow down.

You can invite your family to join if you want or ask them to give you this time for yourself.
