The first day of lockdown #2, let’s meditate

Meditation has countless benefits. The media has done a great job at describing it – for once a positive news story!

  • Improved self-awareness and self-esteem,
  • Lower levels of stress and anxiety, and
  • Foster kindness and compassion.

Meditation also has benefits for your physical health, as it can improve your tolerance for pain and help fight substance addiction.
