Yes, the time has come and even though I am not going anywhere exotic, I am taking a ‘staycation’ – i.e. holidays at home.
There will be no live Yoga classes until May 3rd.
I have found it super difficult to stop in the past year, and some of you will be witnesses that we have done lots of yoga online. I love it and the opportunities that teaching online has given me sparked my enthusiasm to share what I know.
However, I need to listen to my body and mind and rest and recharge. We all need to do that from time to time.
But you can still continue practising yoga with me. If you follow me and have not yet registered for the 15 days of yoga on-demand here is the link: https://www.subscribepage.com/r4l8v9
You’ll get the emails directly to your inbox and, if you like, you can also join the Facebook group!
During the 15 days of yoga period, you will be working on different aspects of yoga, from doing yoga flows to relaxing restorative practices. You will also get a chance to meditate.
Don’t miss the chance to experiment with all the styles of yoga I have to share. You can do the practices at your own pace in your own time.
The challenge is to overcome resistance (and excuses) and commit to having a continuous yoga practice for 15 days.
Take note of what you do, how you feel. If you are willing to you can share photos or videos remember to tag me on it! ❤️
I look forward to reading and seeing what you experience during these 15 days😀
