A New Chapter for Our Wednesday Yoga Classes 🌿

Yoga isn’t just what happens in class. The real beauty of the practice unfolds when it becomes something you can carry into your daily life—into your mornings, your lunch breaks, and those in-between moments when you need to ground, move, or breathe.
That’s exactly why, in my weekly Wednesday classes, we focus on learning a flowing sequence over four weeks. Rather than treating each session as a standalone experience, I guide you through a progression—so that by the end of the month, you’re not just following along, you’re owning your practice.
Also, I’m excited to share some lovely news with you: our Wednesday evening yoga classes are moving to a beautiful new space—W.G. Grace Community Centre in SE9. If you have done the Saturday’s classes we used to have with ChART, this is the same place, only revamped!
From Wednesday 23rd April, we’ll be meeting here weekly, and I can’t wait for you to experience the warmth and spaciousness of this venue.
It’s got everything we need: a sprung floor that’s kind to your joints, a raised stage so you can see demonstrations clearly, and even car parking onsite (a small miracle in London!).
Over the four-week term, I will teach you a sequence, and we’ll go deeper into different aspects over this period. This is yoga that meets you where you are and grows with you.
When you learn a sequence, you begin to:

It’s not about perfect poses or memorising choreography. It’s about gaining tools that support you, body and mind—on and off the mat.
