As the year winds down, I’ve been reflecting on the conversations I’ve had in class, during treatments, and at workshops. So many people have shared a desire for more clarity, more strength, and more moments that feel genuinely nourishing. It inspired me to shape the beginning of 2026 with events designed to spark motivation and help you step into the new year feeling supported and energised.
Below you’ll find a line-up of workshops and classes that blend creativity, movement and a touch of playful curiosity. Each one has been created to help you build confidence in your body, reconnect with your intentions and enjoy learning something new.
Vision Board Yoga Workshop
Saturday 31 January, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Grove Park
This workshop is a favourite for a reason. We begin with a gentle yoga flow to settle the mind and wake up the body, followed by guided visioning and hands-on collage. It’s practical and uplifting, helping you transform vague hopes into something you can actually see and work towards. Think of it as a creative reset with a strong dose of inspiration.
Find your Flow – Wednesday Evening Yoga
Starting 4 February, 6:30 to 7:30 PM, Grove Park
If you want a weekly class that builds strength, improves mobility and helps you move with more comfort, this is the one. Each session is designed to help you understand how your body prefers to move, so you can build a practice that feels personal and sustainable. Perfect if you’re ready to make your wellbeing a regular part of your week rather than something squeezed in when life allows.
Backbends Demystified
Saturday 28 February, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Grove Park
Backbends can be transformative when approached with care. In this workshop we break down the mechanics of the spine, explore safe techniques and strengthen the areas that often hold people back. You’ll leave with practical tools, renewed confidence and a sense of spaciousness through the chest and upper body. It’s ideal whether you’re curious about backbends or wanting to deepen your current practice.
Spring Equinox Yoga and Meditation Retreat
20–22 March, Cloud Zen, Margate
This weekend retreat is an opportunity to step away from your routine and recharge by the sea. Expect grounding yoga, restorative meditation, nourishing practices and time to simply breathe. With the softness of early spring around us, it’s the perfect moment to reset your energy and reconnect with yourself in a calm and supportive environment.
