Guided self-care and personal practice (sadhana)
Do you want to cultivate personalized practices that support resiliency and healthy?
In the Thrive in the new season program, I have shared seven different practices to prepare you for the change of season and help you thrive.
We did yoga, meditation, breathing, journaling and even cooking!
I am sure that some of these things resonated more than others with you, and this is right because we are all different and have different needs.
Now it’s time to focus on what’s right for you for the next three months.
It’ll be a great way to arrive at the Festive season in full bloom – instead of tired and fed up (as sometimes happens).
From October to December, I am offering a three-month program.
- It starts with a one-to-one consultation. From there we will draw a plan that could include:
- 1-2-1 Yoga.
- Body treatment (full body massage, head and shoulders massage, foot or hands treatment, Reiki, etc)
- Diet and Lifestyle plan
- Follow up
Investment: The usual price for this package is £250, and the special price for the next three months is £195
(click the link or scan the QR code to book!)
I will introduce you to various tools and techniques to help you reclaim your authentic selves. We will have frequent follow-ups at a convenient time to see what’s working and be accountable.

To me, the most important aspect of the program is to show you a variety of approaches that can help you define what self-care is like for you and develop the resilience you need in times of change.
Having resilience doesn’t mean that we are not immune to difficulty or stress. Instead, it means that we have tools that we can use to manage them healthily if we are resilient.
I intend to share practices and teachings that have been helpful and supportive in my own life and to support you in making them part of your own.
We will be using food and plant medicines to support resilience. You will also have a chance to join me in group classes online and have your tailored yoga class and meditation practice just for you to return to time and time again.
I want to help you achieve deep nourishment, physically and mentally, and get a sense of more space and balance within.
Please contact me directly if you are interested or have questions or concerns about this program geny@cheyoga.co.uk.
The ancient science of Ayurveda has as much relevance today as it did to the people of ancient India, where it originated at least 5,000 years ago.
In the 21st century, we use Ayurvedic wisdom as a tool for balancing our lives—whether we want to have more energy, lose weight, improve our moods, or simply feel healthier.
Ayurveda is based on the principles of living in harmony with the cycles and rhythms of nature. The concept is natural and simple, yet highly effective.
