Thrive in the new season, Day 7

In the seven days Thrive in the new season program, I have shared seven different practices to prepare you for the change of season and help you thrive.

Some people made it live, which was lovely. But I’m also thrilled to see that most of you opened my emails and many have checked out the videos with the practices.

We did yoga, meditation, breathing, journaling and even cooking!

I am sure that some of these things resonated more than others with you, and this is right because we are all different and have different needs.

To me, the most important aspect of the program was to show you a variety of approaches that can help you define what self-care is like for you and develop the resilience you need in times of change.

Having resilience doesn’t mean that we are not immune to difficulty or stress. It means that we have tools that we can use to manage them in a healthy way if we are resilient.

My intent is to share practices and teachings that have been helpful and supportive in my own life and to support you in making them part of your own.

Do the class in the video and see how you feel afterward.
