Serene Seaside Retreat in Margate

For the past few years, I have led retreats in the UK and abroad (France, Sardinia, Mallorca and Croatia). I love the retreat experience as it can really help us transform our reality and re-set.

This is why I am organising a Serene Seaside Retreat in Margate at the end of August!

Retreats offer an opportunity to dive deeper into your yoga and meditation practices. With dedicated time and guidance, you can refine your techniques and better understand the philosophies behind these practices.

Retreats provide a chance to disconnect from the stresses of daily life and immerse yourself in a peaceful environment, promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.

A few people have asked whether they could come for one or two days, and some local people would also like to participate but stay at their homes. So, if you are interested in taking a day pass (for as many days as you like), you can.

What’s planned for each day?


August 28th

  • Intention setting open ceremony,
  • Mind-morning Yoga class,
  • Lunch,
  • Afternoon yoga class and meditation,
  • Dinner.

August 29th

  • Morning meditation and yoga, Brunch.
  • 1-2 pm Elemental Rhythmic Goddess Workshop.
  • Channel your inner Goddess to hypnotic rhythms that release the soul, guided by the wonderful Anna Symes.
  • You can even do this dance class as a drop-in, it’s only £15.

  • 5 pm Afternoon Yin Yoga followed by meditation.
  • Free evening.

August 30th –

  • Morning meditation and yoga, Brunch.
  • Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga with mindfulness and yoga teacher Angela (it’s weather dependent).
  • 5 pm Afternoon yoga class and meditation,
  • Dinner.

August 31st –

  • Morning meditation and yoga,
  • Closing Ceremony
  • Brunch
  • 1 pm – retreat ends.
